There are a few things that I wanted to communicate to you tonight.

The past couple of Sunday’s have been awesome. God is really using this series on baggage to touch lives. I have had countless comments on the messages. It is quickly becoming one of my favorite message series that I have preached in a while. It has challenged me each and every week to take it to a new level of depth and help bring healing to lives.
[Interesting tidbit: this was designed as a single message or stand alone message as I call them on my preaching calendar. It obviously was not what the Lord had in mind, and I am thankful He continues to lead us here at Hope. [Final MSG on baggage this Sunday]
Even though I have enjoyed the Unloading Baggage series, I am energized about the outlines and preparation that I have been doing for our series launching in a few weeks titled: The Benefits of Experiencing God. The series [launches 1st Sunday in November] right now is an eight week series and will take us through to the beginning of the year. This series has the potential to be the most powerful we have ever done at Hope. I have been asking God to move powerfully through your lives, and the lives of those guests that join us during this series. If you know someone that needs a change of pace, or that is struggling in life this is the time to bring them to Hope.
The rest of this month’s calendar is filled with some wonderful opportunities to spend time with God and your Hope family.

The Women’s Burning Fire Within Retreat
Ladies, plan on attending this event and never being the same.
Men, plan on making sure your wives attend this event at all costs. $75 is reasonable; the time away is less than 48 hours. Also, men please do not use the phrase, “I will babysit so you can go sweetie!” You are their father, man-up and take care of your kids. Bringing a friend in or dropping them off at aunt Judy’s is babysitting. You just need to take care of your kids so your wife can go and spend time with the Lord.
A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who serves in any capacity at Hope Fellowship. You are making this whole thing possible sharing your time, talent, and treasures… Lives are being changed, and people are giving their life to Christ, because you are serving the Lord. No matter what you do on Sunday mornings or preparing for a Life Group, I mean YOU!
